Our New York office is positioned in the heart of one of the most vital commercial capitals in the world. Much of our New York team is typically engaged in national cases where they offer powerful transactional and litigation capabilities in the financial services, energy, environmental, and pharmaceutical industries, among others, as well as a sophisticated practice of exceptional breadth and scope within the Latin American region, with clients that include corporations, partnerships, governments, and state-owned entities.

• Brand Protection and Enforcement. Our brand protection and enforcement practice understands that brand names and reputations are among our clients’ most valuable assets. We have experience in enforcement litigation with luxury goods and pharmaceutical clients, where counterfeiting proliferates.
• Corporate and Securities. Our corporate and securities team does innovative work in corporate finance and other transactional matters, representing corporations, foreign governments, investment banking firms, and institutional and individual investors in varied transactions. We represent applicants seeking approvals to build major projects on environmental review and permits, and any resulting litigation.
